I’m on your side!?

After 16 + years as a Controller /CFO, my goal is to give back on a grander scale! 

Understanding the realities of running a business vs. responsibility to investors & creditors can be a daunting task. Although these areas, at times, can  conflict, the key is to realize we all want the same thing…. at least 95% of the time .

 My role is to seamlessly integrate the various pieces of the puzzle, ensuring a cohesive and effective strategy.

I’m a mixture of unshakeable optimism & a realist; if that could ever exist! It’s important to understand my feedback, though it may not always align with your expectations, is always driven by a focus on tangible results.

We all know management ranks as one of the most difficult aspects of running any business, it’s imperative to consider our performance in this area. Our employees are one of our greatest assets but can also be one of our greatest liabilities; if not handled properly. 

I’ve always been dedicated to those entrusted in my care. This not only includes the organizations that sign my check but the team that surrounds me.

Leadership is not being an authority but a person who ensures he/she is fostering each individual’s strongest self.  Why?… You ask.

Well, I answer…  Why not?… The team you create around you is your biggest asset to get you across the finish line, to reach unbelievable growth & profit.
